Recruiter (Creative)

I am looking for a creative recruiter who can help me fill a senior-level marketing/videographer position through direct hire. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting for creative roles and be able to source top talent in the industry.

Your ideal background:
Strong video experience from concept to the final product, with a robust portfolio
Proven track record of social media growth, ideally from 0 to 100,000+ followers
Experience as an "influencer"
Online marketing experience, including landing page setup, content creation, and pay-per-click campaigns
Proficiency with relevant software and filming equipment
Êxperience with high-end brands
Interest/experience in startups, business, strategy, technology, and management consulting
B2 or better English
