Recruiter / Candidate Sourcing Specialist

We are developing a mobile and web service that meets the client's needs in many industries.
Looking for a part-time (potentially full-time) technical (I.T) recruiter to help our efforts to secure the best software engineers.
Our primary target for hire will begin with one or two web frontend engineers. We want developers with at least a degree in Computer Science from the top 3(or comparable) engineering universities(e.g. FAST, COMSATS, or NUST), and with relevant experience in the fields.
You should be well versed with:
- Searching out and recruiting the very best talent
- Conducting recorded, solid interviews to assess for skill and mindset(option)
- We need to ensure our reps have the strong work ethic and professionalism
