HR Recruiter
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Freelance HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates that match our organizational needs. This is a remote freelance position, ideal for someone with strong networking and hiring expertise who can deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client or internal hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and naukri.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment reports.
Negotiate salary expectations and assist in offer closures.
