HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, and conducting interviews.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience best suits open positions.
• Recruiter to start Immediately
• You should have experience working with social media, especially in Recruitment
• You should be able to identify good employees, through interviews

Recruiter Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in human resources.
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Should have at least 2 years of Recruiting experience
• Should have Social network experience (Facebook, Linkedin, Telegram) a big plus +
websites like Indeed, glassdoor, etc.,
• Good computer skills
• Good Internet connection
