HR Recruiter
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
A self-driven passionate person who is required to drive new strategies to fill up new positions within a specified time frame.
Key Result Areas:
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Prepare recruitment approach notes and post jobs to appropriate recruitment channels
• Source and recruit candidates from different job portals primarily upwork
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications based on relevant job profile
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes through testing partners
• Offer role outs & Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Experience & Knowledge:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to maintain Recruitment databases
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
