Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Being able to express himself/herself in a clear and precise manner
Being self-motivated and possessing a good attitude.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google
Hangouts)
Having an organised process
Multitasking and time management
Negotiation
Managing expectations
Being proficient in Technical recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites,
Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools
Work Time: 8 hours daily. 5 days in a week (Saturday & Sunday is OFF)
