Recruit Senior PM for Qatar

I need help sourcing and pre-qualifying a senior-level Project Management Professional who is ready to relocate to Qatar for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of hiring and building effective teams, preferably within human-resource–focused projects or departments.

Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A clearly defined search strategy (channels, outreach plan, timeline)
• A shortlist of 3–5 fully vetted candidates, each accompanied by an updated résumé, salary expectations, availability to move, and your interview notes
• Coordination of first-round video interviews and calendar management for follow-ups
• A brief final report explaining why the recommended candidate stands out against the role criteria
