Recruit Mid-Level SaaS Sales Rep
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a recruitment agency that can quickly deliver one strong, high-level outdoor SaaS sales representative for our team in the Sultanate of Oman. The person you find must have a proven track record in sales, solid technical knowledge of SaaS products, and strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Omani market is preferred but not a deal-breaker—we will happily consider great talent from elsewhere as long as they can hit the ground running in Muscat.
Here is how I would like the process to run:
• Talent search & screening – source, vet, and interview candidates against the three must-have criteria above, verifying quota attainment and product knowledge.
• Shortlist delivery – present a minimum of three qualified profiles, including CVs, compensation expectations, and your evaluation notes.
• Interview coordination – schedule video or in-person interviews with my team and handle all candidate communications until an offer is accepted.
• Reference & background checks – complete these before the final hire is confirmed.
