I need help quickly building a short-list of experienced nanny candidates from India and the Philippines who already hold a valid passport and are willing to relocate. The placement will be with a nuclear family abroad; the exact country will be confirmed during final interview
What I expect from you
• Advertise or tap into your own network to surface talent that has hands-on childcare experience (live-in or live-out).
• Pre-screen for conversational English, clean background, verifiable references and immediate passport availability.
• Present a concise dossier for each candidate— recent photo, passport copy and your brief suitability notes.
No formal certifications are mandatory at this stage, though candidates holding childcare certification, First Aid/CPR or an early-childhood education credential will naturally stand out.
