Your task is simple and focused:
• Identify graduates aged 25 – 60, fluent in English, who are willing to promote our Matrimony service from a home office and tap into their own network of roughly 2,000 local contacts.
• Explain the offer to them (remote work, full training, marketing materials supplied, commission-only structure).
• Collect from each interested person: updated résumé, two passport photos, Aadhaar-based ID and address proof.
• Deliver a spreadsheet with at least 10 fully qualified, ready-to-onboard candidates—including name, email, phone, city, and confirmation that they understand the commission model.
I will provide concise marketing brochures and an orientation script to make introductions easier. Once your list is verified, payment is released and we can discuss a follow-on milestone for larger numbers.
