Recruit Freelance Talent Remotely

I’m expanding a fully remote team and need an experienced recruitment consultant who can move fast. The immediate priority is to source high-quality freelance professionals, screen and interview them thoroughly, then guide successful candidates through a smooth onboarding process so they can start contributing without delay.
What matters most is your ability to run the entire funnel end-to-end—from proactive talent sourcing across global platforms and networks, to competency-based interviews that filter for both skill and cultural fit, through to preparing contracts, compliance docs and first-week check-ins that make onboarding seamless. An ATS or similar tracking tool, solid LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and a knack for engaging passive candidates will be essential.
Speed is critical; I’d like to see the first shortlisted profiles within days and have new freelancers starting ASAP. If you can own sourcing, screening & interviewing, and onboarding support with minimal hand-holding while keeping me updated through concise progress reports, let’s get started.
