Recruit Filipino Female Drivers
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need help filling household-driver position in Saudi Arabia that is open exclusively to qualified Filipino women. Because you are based in the Philippines, you can move faster on the ground than I can from abroad.
Here is what I expect:
• Use two primary channels I have found most effective so far—licensed recruitment agencies and targeted Facebook groups or other social media channels— to announce the vacancies, share job details, and gather interested applicants. You may explore other avenues if they prove useful.
• Reach out to the agencies yourself, introduce the requirement, and submit any paperwork they may need from me. At the same time, craft concise, eye-catching social media posts for OFW-focused driver or employment communities, respond to comments, and invite prospects to an initial screening call.
• Take the first contact with every potential candidate. Confirm they are female, hold a valid Philippine driver’s license, and are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia for household employment. Once verified, forward each complete profile—including résumé, license copy, and contact information—to me in an organized spreadsheet.
Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum of 10 pre-screened, qualified candidates delivered within the first two weeks.
2. Each candidate meets the stated gender, licensing, and relocation requirements and has expressed genuine interest in proceeding.
3. All agency and Facebook outreach logs are shared so I can track the process.
