Recruit U-19 Cricket Teams Chennai

I’m running an under-19 tennis-ball cricket turf tournament in Chennai and I need a local connector who can fill the draw with fresh talent. Your sole mission is team recruitment—everything else around the event is already taken care of.

You’ll lean primarily on school and college networks, tapping sports coordinators, PE teachers and student captains to assemble more than six committed squads. If you also know coaches at local academies or have a strong social-media presence, feel free to use those avenues, but the heart of this job is converting institutional relationships into confirmed entries.

Deliverables
• A minimum of seven confirmed U-19 teams (more are welcome).
• For each team: institution name, coach/captain contact, preliminary player list (11–15 names) and their preferred match slots.
• Proof of commitment—either a signed consent note or the entry-fee receipt—submitted before the registration deadline I’ll share once we get started.
