Recruit Business Partners for StrongBody
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
My priority is to identify and develop entrepreneurial professionals who can join the StrongBody platform as independent specialists. To make that happen, I need an HR freelancer with proven recruitment and selection expertise who is comfortable hunting talent primarily through social networks.
Here is what the assignment covers and how success will be measured:
• Candidate sourcing & screening
– Leverage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social channels to spot high-potential professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
– Qualify them quickly, focusing on drive, client-facing ability, and willingness to operate as independent experts.
• Opportunity presentation
– Walk each shortlisted candidate through the StrongBody value proposition: instant access to international clients, AI-powered voice translation, and uncapped earning potential.
– Provide them with our Job Description, FAQ, and simple guidelines for creating their Digital Profile Shop.
• Onboarding support
– Guide successful candidates step-by-step as they register, complete their profiles, and activate their plans.
– Stay close during the first weeks, ensuring they understand the platform workflow and hit early milestones.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A weekly report listing contacted leads and their status (interested, interviewing, onboarded).
2. A minimum of five fully onboarded specialists by the end of the first month, each with an active Digital Profile Shop.
3. Feedback on messaging and funnel efficiency so we can keep fine-tuning the process together.
