I have a steady stream of part-time, mid-level recruitment roles that need to go live on Indeed. To keep things simple, you’ll publish each advert from your own active Indeed Employer account and then pass every application straight over to me so I can handle the short-listing and interviews.
Here’s the exact flow:
• You receive the job description and posting instructions from me.
• You publish it through your verified Indeed Employer dashboard, exactly as provided.
• You forward every CV you receive—either in real time or as a daily bundle, whichever is easier for you.
• If I need more detail from any applicant, I’ll ask you to reach out and book a time in my calendar.
When we move forward I’ll ask for a quick screenshot or other proof that your recruiter account is active and able to post immediately.
