The recruiter is expected to efficiently and effectively manage all assigned sites, securing the best providers and resolving issues that may arise while taking into consideration time management and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities are 1. Sourcing and contacting new potential providers with opportunities in Xenon Health. 2. Procuring schedules from all sites assigned. 3. Scheduling and confirming providers at all sites assigned to the recruiter. 4. Interviewing and credentialing new providers and 5. Frequently updating the backup list with new providers.
