I am seeking recruiters that own Employer Job Portal Access on Naukri.com and are interested in performance-based projects. The majority of our hiring needs are for mid-level positions within the Information Technology, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors in India.

Key Requirements:
- Access to Naukri.com's Employer Job Portal
- Experience in mid-level recruitment
- Exposure to IT, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors

Your tasks will include:
- Identifying suitable candidates for mid-level positions
- Conducting initial screenings and interviews
- Ensuring timely and efficient recruitment process
- Providing regular updates and reports
- Ensuring confidentiality and adhering to NDA

Please note, you will be required to share your PAN Card details and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before commencing work. A performance-based payment model will be employed, rewarding success in meeting our hiring targets.

- Deep understanding of the Indian job market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
