Partner talent sourcer

Hi there,
We are collecting a pool of software development talent for recruitment based on inquiry. As such, these talents won't be hired immediately but will rather be part of the pool our clients can tap into. Provided the developer matches the requirements of the client - the hiring takes place.
From your side, a basic assessment of the CV, general presentability, and level of English is sufficient. The rest of the vetting will be performed by our internal pool of interviewers.
Now, for you as a partner, we've worked out a special commission-based model: you'll be earning on average 2$ for every hour worked by the talent invited by you for a period of 18 months from the moment of employment. You can track this via your recruiter's cabinet on our platform.
Example: 20 attracted developers that get employed full-time (160 hours) will bring you the earnings in the amount of 6 400 USD per month for 18 months, or 115 200 USD in total.
Naturally, the number goes up or down depending on the number of developers you have attracted.
We would like to add that one of our current talent sourcers attracts 15 developers monthly, having attracted 50 in total so far, out of which 10 are already employed full time.
We're looking for sourcers in Georgia, Vietnam, China, Kyrgyztan, Kazachstan and Russia.
