Part-time Talent Lead/Recruitment Coordinator in Construction/Property
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
WTG are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, to play a pivotal role in supporting two Directors in managing a diverse national portfolio of clients within the dynamic property and construction sectors. This unique part-time opportunity will see you based working from home, with occasional travel to Sydney and Melbourne. It is ideal for a seasoned talent manager with a background in recruitment and property sectors who wants to leverage their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Interviewing:
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for various roles within our portfolio.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates and internal team members.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors and support team members to ensure seamless recruitment processes. You will have the support of three outsourced team members to assist with the process we follow at WTG.
Process Management: Follow a structured process for candidate management, from initial contact to client introduction. We are open to suggestions and improvement and will work with you to make it a well-oiled machine.
Technology Utilisation: This role will require someone tech-savvy - working with campaigns, seek, Linked In, and our CRM.
Autonomy and Reporting: Operate with a degree of autonomy, adhering to the KPIs outlined in our PD.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in both recruitment and the property and construction sectors.
Location: Based in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, or willing to travel at least once a week after settling into the role.
Skills: Strong interviewing skills, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and proficiency in using recruitment technology and tools.
Process-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on adhering to established processes and KPIs.
