Role: Freelance Human Resources Specialist
Commitment: Part-time / Hourly (Flexible hours)

What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, coordinating interviews)
Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist qualified talent
Assist with onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation, culture fit)
Help create or refine HR policies and basic documentation
Maintain records of employee/contractor information
Act as a bridge between leadership and team for communication or feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or generalist (freelance or in-house)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.
Bonus if you’ve worked with startups, creatives, or tech teams
