Part-time HR Consultant for Think Tank
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking for a part-time, mid-level human resources consultant with recruitment experience to help us find suitable job seekers for our Japan-based think tank focused on international relations, market, and policy research. This is a long-term, fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting recruitment requirements on various platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri and other South Asia local job boards
- Screening resumes with a focus on specific skills, particularly market research
- Conducting simple interviews as required
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Mid-level recruitment experience, with a preference for Freelance recruitment
- Familiarity with international relations, market, and policy research fields is a plus
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards for recruitment
- Strong understanding and ability to screen for specific skills
- Good communication skills for conducting interviews
