Part-Time Technical Interviewer Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m expanding our engineering recruitment pipeline and need an experienced interviewer who can speak with software-focused candidates in fluent, native-level English. The role is fully remote, pays $50–$60 per hour, and runs 10–30 hours each week for at least the next three months, with scheduling arranged around your availability.
You’ll be meeting engineers online, guiding them through my partial set of technical questions, and adding your own follow-ups when depth or clarification is needed. After each session I’ll look for concise written feedback that highlights the candidate’s communication style, problem-solving approach, and overall technical strength.
Deliverables
• Conduct scheduled video interviews for technical roles
• Expand or refine the existing question list when gaps appear
• Submit a short evaluation report within 24 hours of each call
