Part-Time Recruitment Consultant Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My company Helen & Sons Business Consultancy and need an experienced recruiter who can jump in on a part-time, freelance basis and keep our hiring pipeline moving. Most of the roles we fill sit at the mid-level range, and the bulk of our sourcing happens on LinkedIn and Indeed, so you will need to be fully at ease with both platforms and the accompanying outreach tools. If you have additional tricks up your sleeve—perhaps Glassdoor or niche boards—feel free to bring them; I’m open to anything that delivers solid talent.
Here is the day-to-day in practical terms:
• Craft and post compelling job ads, then actively source and screen candidates.
• Conduct the first HR interview to confirm fit before handing shortlisted names to the hiring manager.
• Coordinate calendars so second-round interviews run smoothly and on time.
• Keep our candidate database tidy and produce concise weekly reports that show pipeline status, time-to-hire, and any blockers.
• When a hire is made, lend a hand with the initial onboarding checklist so new starters hit the ground running.
Having UAE hiring experience will be a clear advantage because many of our openings sit in that market, but it is not an absolute requirement if your recruitment fundamentals are strong.
You will be working completely remotely and can set your own hours as long as agreed targets and reporting deadlines are met. Compensation is flexible and will be finalized after we review your track record and discuss expected time commitment.
If building and maintaining a steady flow of mid-level talent sounds like your specialty, I’d love to hear how you can help.
