Part-Time HR Recruiter & Trainer
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
You will step in as my part-time HR partner, keeping our hiring engine running while ensuring every new entry-level hire is properly tracked and compliant.
Hiring & Recruitment
I need a steady pipeline of entry-level candidates sourced, screened, scheduled, interviewed, and shortlisted each week. Expect to liaise directly with me on final selections and offers.
Weekly Employee Reports
By the close of business every Friday, deliver a concise spreadsheet summarising headcount, open requisitions, candidate status, onboarding progress, and any emerging HR metrics I should watch.
Compliance-Focused Training
Once offers are accepted, coordinate and document a short compliance training programme. That includes preparing material, scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and filing completion records.
Tools & Rhythm
Feel free to use your preferred ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing; I currently rely on Google Workspace, Excel, and Zoom. Sync with me at the beginning of each week, then send the report and training update on Friday.
Acceptance Criteria
• At least three qualified entry-level candidates presented weekly
• Friday report delivered by 5 p.m. local time, error-free
• 100 % of new hires complete compliance training within their first week
This is an ongoing engagement with room to grow if we hit our targets smoothly.
