We are looking for a sharp Part-Time Interviewer to help us identify top-tier talent to support our growing project demands.
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional or industry expert to conduct online interviews and screen resumes. You will act as the gatekeeper for our talent pool, ensuring we hire consultants who possess both the industry knowledge and the analytical rigor required for high-level business consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Resume Screening: Review incoming applications to pre-select candidates with relevant backgrounds in consulting, engineering, or corporate strategy within the target industries.
2.Online Interviews: Conduct 30-45 minute video interviews to assess candidates’ technical understanding of the industry, as well as their communication and problem-solving skills.
3.Evaluation: Provide clear, structured feedback and ratings to our hiring manager to streamline the decision-making process.

Qualifications:
1.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of at least one of the following: New Energy, Semiconductors, or Logistics.
2.Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or team leadership (experience in professional services or consulting firms is a strong plus).
3.Soft Skills: Excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to spot potential beyond just a CV.
4.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Zoom/Teams and navigating applicant tracking systems.
