Although this might come across as cliched, people are the building blocks of helping to not just grow but maintain greatness for an agency.

When I started this agency, I did not realize how much it depends on working with the right people (with the right skills).

But skills can be learned. The right people either have what we need or they don’t, regardless of skills.

That’s where you come in.

You will help us to zone in and find the right people (not perfect - that’s impossible) for a small number of roles at first (hence part-time freelance), and then as we get more and more of the ‘right people’ we can continue growing and this could become a full-time permanent role.

The roles will vary from Virtual Admin / Sales Assistants to Account Manager to Graphic Designers and Copywriters.

You do not need to have worked in marketing or in the digital space.

You just have to have the right character which can not always be measured - it shows in the details, the extra touches (not extra hours) and the “being 2 steps ahead”.

You are required to have at least 1 year of recruiting experience.
