Pan-India Doctor Recruitment

I am expanding a network of hospitals and satellite clinics throughout India and need a freelance recruiter who can quickly connect me with qualified specialists and surgeons. You will take full ownership of the hiring cycle—drafting role briefs, advertising them on leading online job portals, driving engagement through social media outreach, and tapping into your professional networks to surface the best talent.

My immediate priority is a shortlist of board-certified specialists and surgeons who are ready to relocate—or already based—in key metros as well as Tier-2 cities. The exact mix of specialties will be shared once we start, but your experience sourcing cardiologists, orthopedists, neurologists, and other high-demand domains will be invaluable.

Deliverables
• 10+ vetted doctor profiles in the first four weeks, complete with CV, license / registration numbers, and verified references
• Weekly progress report summarising outreach volume, responses, and pipeline status
• Coordination of interview scheduling between shortlisted doctors and my internal medical panel

Acceptance criteria
A profile counts as “qualified” only when the doctor’s credentials have been checked, the candidate confirms interest in our compensation range, and an interview slot is secured.
