Pan-India BPO Recruitment Partner

I have a large pipeline of entry-level Customer Support vacancies to be filled across multiple cities in India and I’d like to partner with an experienced freelance recruiter who already understands the BPO landscape.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Source and screen candidates who demonstrate clear, confident English and Hindi communication—this is absolutely non-negotiable.
• Verify basic computer literacy during screening.
• Share a steady flow of qualified profiles in an agreed-upon format (Excel, ATS export, or Google Sheet is fine).
• Coordinate interview slots with my internal hiring team; I’ll provide calendars and JD templates.

The volume is high, so proven access to job portals, social media groups, and campus or walk-in networks will be crucial. While the immediate focus is Customer Support, if you can also tap Sales or Technical Support talent later that will be a plus.

I’ll release payments against milestones tied to successful short-listing and joining numbers, keeping everything transparent from day one. If you can hit aggressive weekly targets and stay responsive on email and WhatsApp, let’s start right away.
