TGG India is launching a nationwide programme to help 50 professionals—aged 30 to 55—transition into entrepreneurship, one professional from every district. To make that happen I need an experienced freelance recruiter who already holds a verified, up-to-date database of mid-level talent.
Your brief is clear. Draw on your database to identify non-IT profiles, with emphasis on sectors such as sales, service, finance and education, and guide them through our selection pipeline. we will give you full training on TGG-Meta so you can upload candidates, track their status and benefit from the platform’s automated approvals.
Deliverables
• Secure and document five completed recruitments in TGG-Meta to kick-off the project.
• Maintain candidate age criteria (30-55) and mid-level experience.
• Ensure geographic spread—ideally one hire per district.
Payment is performance-based: ₹1,000 for every approved hire, with an initial cap of five (₹5,000 in total) before we scale up.
