Overseas Manpower Recruiter & Agent Accreditation - Nepal only
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an Agent Accreditation Officer to help me officially accredit a minimum of fifty (50) experienced manpower agents based in Kathmandu, Nepal. These agents should be seasoned in supplying both skilled and unskilled labor to other agencies and should not be licensed as principal agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with sub-agents across all regions of Nepal: Eastern, Central and Western.
- Facilitate the signing of our vendor registration documents.
- Ensure all documents are exchanged via the Freelancer.com platform for project transparency and completion verification.
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep connections with sub-agents across Nepal.
- Proven experience in manpower recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the Freelancer.com platform.
Please note, all documentation of the vendor registration process will be shared on Freelancer.com to confirm project completion as a condition of acceptance.
The accreditation of the agents should be completed within 3 months. Manpower agents do not require specific certifications. The agent accreditation officer should focus on communication and negotiation with sub-agents. The preferred mode of communication with the accreditation officer will be through email. The accreditation officer should ensure that fifty (50) agents have signed the accreditation documents and are accepted post-accreditation.
