HR Operations Manager for Amazon India
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
• Experienced HR professional (5+ years) with strong expertise in Employee Relations, HR Operations, and HR Generalist functions within Amazon’s global HR network. Proven ability to triage and resolve employee and manager inquiries related to policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and exits.
• Skilled in providing first-level coaching, case management, and partnering with HRBPs and COEs for complex or escalated cases.
• Adept at delivering customer-focused HR support, process improvement, and data reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance across multiple geographies (APAC countries).
• Have 8+ years of professional experience in HR domain in industry which includes 3+ years in HR operations working as full time at Amazon India serving as a SME point of contact for senior associates of the team providing immediate assistance with complicated issues related to HR Ops (Payroll, Exits, Benefits (Insurance enrollment, EAP, etc.), Onboarding, Time card management, schedule update and many more) and 3 years in Full Life Cycle IT recruitment of US Staffing, analyzing manpower requirement and handling recruitment activities.
• Have hands on experience in team handling which includes coaching new hires, creating training plans.
• Proficient in coordinating and handling employee onboarding till exit.
• Flexible in learning any kind of tool or technology for the job role.
• Proficient in handling HR operations (Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Exits, etc.).
• Worked on Salesforce tool almost same as WORKDAY with the HR teams to provide various HR services to the Amazon India employees.
• Collaborated with the other HR teams on the centralization of certain HR service.
• Trained new joiners on tools and educated them on compliance and policies.
• Handled tier 2 escalations from senior level employees on exit, payroll and time card related issues.
• Published certificates (letters) for employment verification, Visa letters and many more.
• Completed background verification for employees for Amazon India
