Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. We’re an automotive service platform, based in Florida USA, that saves car owners time and money on repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and growth
- Recruiting and onboarding new hires and partners
- Supervising staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Improving operational systems to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills (US English)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proven experience in managing and improving operational systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Previous experience in a service industry is highly preferred
