Key Responsibilities
Source skilled, semi‑skilled and unskilled candidates across India for overseas opportunities in GCC and European countries using WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and local networks.
Share job posts, explain basic role requirements, and screen for genuine interest and eligibility.
Collect and submit candidate details: full name, contact number, WhatsApp, CV, passport copy (if available) and target position.
Coordinate with candidates until they are handed over to the central recruitment team; no need to handle interviews, visas or documentation.
Commission & Payment Terms
Commission per successful deployment:
3,000 INR per candidate deployed to GCC countries.
15,000 INR per candidate deployed to European countries.
Payment mode: UPI or bank transfer, released after confirmation that the candidate has successfully joined the job.
Requirements for Freelancers
Must be actively based in India with good local/network reach.
Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or bulk sourcing is preferred but not mandatory.
Access to smartphone, internet and basic tools (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social media).
Strong communication skills, ethical practices (no charging candidates), and ability to maintain basic records of referrals.
Deliverables
Minimum agreed number of qualified candidate referrals per week or month (to be mutually decided).
Accurate tracking sheet of all referred candidates with status updates.
Ongoing collaboration for future requirements; potential for higher commissions or bonuses based on volume and performance.
