Hi! I’m Kyaw Min Hein, based in Tokyo for 8 years.
I’m starting an online Japanese school focused on teaching JLPT N5–N1, mainly for Burmese students, but open to all foreigners.
Classes are held only on weekends (Sat–Sun, 13:00–17:00 JST).
I’m looking for a long-term promoter or recruiter who can help me build and manage the school from the ground up.
Your Role:
Recruit motivated students (mainly Burmese learners, but others are okay too).
Help manage social media, promotions, and communication with students.
Assist with course creation, simple admin tasks, and coordination.
You can work remotely and at flexible hours.
Payment:
I want my teaching income to 2,100 yen per hour total (not per student).
You will earn a commission-based monthly payment depending on the number of students you recruit.
Example: If you recruit 5 students for a 6-month course, your total commission is divided equally across 6 months.
If someone quits, your pay will decrease accordingly — but if you recruit new students, your pay increases again.
As the school grows, we’ll restructure the rate together.
Ideal Candidate:
Speaks Burmese or English (Japanese is a plus).
Has experience in student recruitment, online course promotion, or education marketing.
Responsible, proactive, and wants to grow a long-term project together.
