Office Recruitment Partner
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are a recruitment agency based in the Netherlands and we are looking for recruiters to help us communicate with candidates located in the major cities across the Netherlands.
This will be a long-term, home-based position. You can work as many hours you like and earn an unlimited income.
Process:
We will make things as easy as possible for you.
We give you a list with names + mobile phone numbers + email of candidates.
You reach out to the candidates via whatsapp + email with a JD and/or general question and ask them if they are interested.
If they are, you ask them for the following:
- detailed CV with:
- direct telephone number (if its another nr than what you have)
- availability (when can they start)
- how many hours can they work
- how far they’re willing to travel from their location
- salary expectations
You must by no means use our name at this stage.
You say that you’re an independent recruiter working for several companies in The Netherlands.
We have a team in The Netherlands that is also approaching candidates and we want to avoid people getting multiple messages from us.
So we want you to act as an independent recruiter working for several clients in The Netherlands.
If they ask: the names of your clients will be revealed at a later stage.
We pay you $ 5 for each CV + required info.
The target would be to give us 10 CV’s each day.
If you do this, you will earn $ 1000 each month
Process:
- We give you a list with names + mobile phone numbers + email of candidates.
- You approach the candidates and send them a general question or JD via Whatsapp + email and ask them if they are interested
- You keep a record of all the candidates you approached in a google docs document that is shared with us
- Candidates who are interested you ask for detailed CV with direct telephone number (only if its another nr ) + availability + salary expectations
- We pay you $5 for each candidate that send CV + all other required info., target is 10 CV each day/ $1000 per month

- Ability to communicate with and convince candidates
- Add information to a spreadsheet in google docs for collaboration
- Send written emails
- Handle replies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to communicate via Whatsapp
