IT and Non-IT Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 INR
I'm looking for a talented Freelancer Recruiter to help me fill various IT and Non-IT roles, including Entry-level, Mid-level, and Senior-level positions. The successful candidate must have a strong track record in recruitment, particularly in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various channels
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Provide feedback to candidates
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
