Non It Recruiter
Budget: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 INR
I am looking for a non-IT recruiter who can help me fill multiple mid-level positions in BPO specially in Bangalore / Noida / Gurugram with specific skill sets. I am open to suggestions for the skill sets, but I do have some general skills in mind. I am looking to fill more than 100 positions in total.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Previous experience in non-IT recruiting
- Strong knowledge of different skill sets and job requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful placements
