Negotiator & Influencer Outreach Specialist for UK and German Creators

We are seeking a Negotiator & Influencer Outreach Specialist to recruit and close deals with international social media creators for upcoming brand campaigns. You will oversee all stages—from first contact to finalizing agreements—while ensuring professionalism, clear communication, and persuasive negotiation.
Responsibilities:
• Approach creators (via email, social media, or other channels) in target markets.
• Negotiate compensation, deliverables, and timelines.
• Address objections or concerns, such as brand image or content format.
• Confirm shipping details, briefs, and sign relevant documents to secure agreements.
• Provide weekly reporting to management, summarizing outreach progress and next steps.
Qualifications:
• Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal); German skills are a plus.
• Experience in influencer outreach or talent management (preferred).
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple deals.
• Personable style that fosters trust and ongoing creator relationships.
