Need help to Recruit a Planning & Analysis Executive (MBA 1-2 yrs. experience) -- 2

I'm one of the co-founders of a tech startup called WorkIndia. We're India's largest job portal for Blue & Grey collar workers.

I lead the Planning and Analysis activities at WorkIndia as part of the CEO's Office.

I am looking for a Planning & Analysis Executive to assist me in Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly planning activities as well as tracking all business metrics, report variances and conduct review meetings.

The requirements are that candidates should:
1. Be MBA graduates with 1-2 years experience post MBA
2. Have strong data analytical skills and knowledge of Excel / Google sheets
3. Prior work experience as a Data / Business / Financial Analyst, Program Manager, or Strategy & Planning exposure would required

The work in this project involves:
1. Sourcing suitable candidates form various sources
2. Picthing them the role and getting them to interview
3. Scheduling and coordinating all interviews
4. Successful Offer Acceptance will be considered as closure for this project
5. Need to start work immediately and close in next 2 to 3 weeks.
