I need vendors to recruit 20 native speakers from each of Muzaffarnagar, UP, and Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The speakers should be balanced across age (18-70), gender, and community. Each speaker will record six unique, 15-minute audio conversations on agriculture or finance topics (totaling 60 recordings per district).
Requirements:
- Use local dialects in natural, unscripted dialogue.
- Avoid filler or English-heavy speech.
- Ensure equitable participation.
Audio Quality:
- Quiet environment.
- Phone placed centrally between speakers.
Metadata:
- Log in provided spreadsheet: name, age, gender, district/community, topic, consent.
Additional Guidelines:
- Pairings should never repeat.
- Each speaker is limited to 90 minutes total.
- Consent must be collected both in writing and recorded.
- Maintain quality throughout.
- Align with ethical and privacy standards.
