I expect you to work the channels that matter most right now—Instagram, key modeling websites, and TikTok—using their native search, hashtags, and community features to surface promising talent quickly.
How to Judge
Every candidate you push forward should clear two main bars: solid, verifiable modeling experience and an engaged social-media presence that fits today’s brand-partnership demands. A unique look is always welcome, but experience and online traction must come first.
Who Fits
Our immediate needs are fashion and commercial models. Plus-size or specialty categories may follow later, yet your first focus should stay on talent that can slot straight into fashion and commercial briefs. The focus will be on scouting talent from Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Pune, and Bangalore. Both remote and on-site freelancers are acceptable for sourcing talent in these areas.
What You’ll Deliver
• A steady stream of qualified prospects, complete with contact details, portfolio links, and your short assessment
• Smooth onboarding coordination—collect signed agreements, gather digitals/polaroids, and input all data into our platform
• Weekly status updates so I can track pipeline health and conversion rates
