I'm in need of a seasoned recruiter who can fill mid-level positions in the Edutech sector. The primary role to be filled is a Talent Acquisition expert, but the scope may extend to other mid-level roles within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing, and recruiting mid-level professionals in Edutech
- Filling the Talent Acquisition role and potentially other mid-level positions
- Conducting interviews and managing the selection process
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting mid-level professionals, specifically in the Edutech sector
- Strong understanding of the industry and its talent needs
- Excellent interviewing and selection skills
- Experience filling Talent Acquisition roles is a plus
