Mid-Level Recruiter for FI Hair
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run talent acquisition for FI Hair Studio, a premium, non-surgical hair replacement brand known for natural results and outstanding client satisfaction. Our rapid growth means I need a mid-level HR partner who can own the full recruitment cycle while lending a hand with light onboarding and day-to-day staff coordination as new hires come aboard.
Your core mission is recruitment. I’ll count on you to draft compelling job ads, post them strategically on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and relevant niche boards, screen every application, conduct first-round video interviews, and close the loop with thorough reference and background checks. I’d like you to keep an up-to-date tracker—Google Sheets or your preferred ATS is fine—and send me concise weekly status notes so I always know where each role stands.
Once an offer is accepted, you’ll issue the paperwork, schedule orientation, and make sure the handoff to our operations lead is seamless. We use Google Workspace for documentation, DocuSign for e-signatures, and Slack for quick team updates; familiarity with these tools (or equivalents) will help you settle in fast.
Deliverables I expect:
• A live candidate pipeline for each open role
• Three or more qualified, interviewed candidates ready for final review per position
• Completed reference/background check reports and signed offer packets
• A brief onboarding checklist completed for every new hire
If you thrive on people-first recruiting, stay organized without hand-holding, and want to grow alongside an ambitious beauty-and-wellness brand, let’s talk.
