Mid-Level HR Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹100 – ₹150 INR
I'm seeking a mid-level HR Recruiter with a strong focus on talent acquisition, primarily through online job boards. The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition 2 years - 3 years.
- Proficiency in utilizing online job boards for recruitment.
Experience with employee relations and HR certifications is a plus, but the primary focus will be on their talent acquisition skills.
The candidate is expected to work five days a week (Monday to Friday) for five hours each day, between 11 AM and 5 PM .
Note : The working hours can be flexible, but they will fall between 11 AM and 5 PM.
A daily target will be established, which will influence the monthly salary based on weekly performance.
The salary will be depending on the closure of the profiles .
The candidate should Strongly follow up with shortlisted or selected profiles until they officially join the organization.
Candidates should have expertise in sales recruitment within the automobile industry.
