Mid-Level HR Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to handle recruiting for a mid-level position within our company. You will be predominantly responsible for identifying, assessing and bringing onboard high-potential candidates matching our company's culture and required skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing recruiting strategies according to our requirements
- Attracting qualified candidates through various methods like job ads, headhunting, professional networking, etc.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to gauge interest, cultural fit, and basic qualifications
- Conducting job interviews, both online and in-person
- Coordinating the selection procedure including job offer stage
Project Goal:
Our primary objective for this project is to fill a specific position. Hence, we require someone who has a keen eye for talent and can quickly adapt to our company’s recruiting processes and policies.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the HR field
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Given the nature of our project, freelancers with previous HR recruiting experience, especially those dealing with mid-level positions, would be ideally suited for the job.
