- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Sourcing candidates primarily through LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as other job boards, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit within the organization.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and their progress.
- Fostering positive relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Extensive experience in mid-level recruitment, particularly through social media and networking events.
