US Mid-Level Non-IT Recruiter

The assignment centres on filling multiple mid-level vacancies across diverse, non-IT industries throughout the United States. I will provide job descriptions and compensation ranges; your task is to run the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers to acceptance—while maintaining constant, transparent communication with me.

A solid grasp of US labour regulations, familiarity with time-to-hire metrics, and proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and a modern ATS will be essential. I expect a qualified shortlist within the first week, followed by weekly pipeline updates and insights on market availability or compensation shifts you notice along the way.

Deliverables
• An initial batch of five to eight pre-screened, interview-ready mid-level candidates per role
• A concise report summarising outreach statistics, funnel ratios, and candidate feedback
• Ongoing scheduling support until each position is successfully closed

Success is measured by accepted offers that reach start date and align with the brief.
