Mid-Level Hiring Support Delhi NCR

Two to five mid-level roles at our Delhi–Gurugram offices need to be closed quickly, and I want a freelance HR professional to run the entire recruitment cycle for me. The focus is digital sourcing: posting and promoting the job descriptions across leading online job portals, short-listing applications, holding first-round telephonic or video screens, and scheduling the final interview rounds with our team.

Because the positions sit in Delhi / NCR, local market insight—salary benchmarks, notice-period norms, and availability of talent—will be valuable when you negotiate and coordinate with candidates. I will provide detailed JDs and interview time slots; you own everything else, from crafting attention-grabbing ads to maintaining candidate status reports until offers are accepted.

Deliverables
• Job ads live on major online portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) within 24 hours of receiving the JDs
• A curated shortlist of qualified, interested, and available candidates for each vacancy, delivered in a shared tracker
• Interview scheduling and feedback follow-ups until each role is accepted or formally closed
