Mid-Level US Candidate Sourcing

I need help driving a steady flow of mid-level talent from the United States for several open roles. Your day-to-day will start with drafting and publishing job ads on LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Monster and Indeed, then actively monitoring the response so we never miss a strong applicant.

Because these searches are open to any relevant background—no mandatory certifications—you’ll focus on matching overall experience, skills and location. Once responses come in, collect the résumés, verify the candidates are US-based and compile everything into a clean, easy-to-review folder (PDF or Word is fine). A brief tracker with name, contact info and a one-line summary of why each person fits will keep us aligned.

Turnaround speed matters more than volume; I’d rather see 15 well-matched CVs than 50 random ones.
