Medical Recruitment Specialist (Penbrothers International)

CLIENT: Mind Oasis Clinic

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing all aspects of the Psychiatrists recruitment process
• Develop strategies to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates by utilizing variety of recruiting channels (e.g.
LinkedIn etc.) to search for potential candidates, identify passive candidates, and build talent
pipelines
• Share expert knowledge on effective attraction strategies and sourcing channel
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, contract signing,
orientation, onboarding etc.
• Reporting on recruiting metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of solid recruitment experience, within in-house or agency setting
• Must have experience in Healthcare industry recruitment
• Must have experience reaching out to passive candidates
• Must have proven track record of developing creative candidate attraction strategies
• Experience in Australian company is a plus
• Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Must have fast computer and stable internet/power at home
